David Lee Otero

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our brother, David Lee Otero on August 5, 2021, he was born October 17, 1957, he was 63 years old.

David was an easy going, kind and generous person who loved playing music. Whether it was in front of a crowd – or just a quick “jam session” among family and friends, he was always ready to play and entertain. This was his passion and he lived it.

He is survived by two sisters: Linda (Bob) Walker of Winnemucca, NV. and Gloria (Dan) Milich of San Diego, CA. Three brothers; Edward (Carolyn) Otero of Montrose, CO., Bobby (Molly) Otero of Grand Junction, CO., and James (Paulette) Otero of Denver, CO.

Preceding him in death is the love of his life, wife Anna Esquivel Otero, his parents Phil Jr. and OraLee Otero, sister – Lucille, sister – Lisa, brother – Lloyd, sister – Tammie.

Services will be held at Living Water Baptist Church, 1822 J – 3/10 Road, Fruita CO. on August 13, 2021 at 11:30 a.m.  Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery, 1175 17 ¼ Road, Fruita, CO.

Following the Interment please join the family and friends for refreshments and fellowship at the Living Water Baptist Church.
