My heart aches for the Solitare family to lose in death your precious loved one Nicole, way too soon. Words are so limited that can give comfort, so I would like to share with you beautiful scripture where our loving heavenly Father, Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) invites you to throw all your burdens on Him and He will sustain you in your time of grief. Psalm 34:18
None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection.
Jesus said; John 6: 40; "For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him on the last day".
Jesus said; John 5: 28; "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out..."
John 11:23-25; "Jesus said to her: "I am the resurrection and the life." The one who exercises faith in me, even tho he dies, will come to life."
Acts 24:15 enlightens us: "And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous."
I pray that Jesus's promise to reunite us with our loved ones on resurrection day will carry you through the difficult days ahead and gradually replace your tears of grief with tears of joy as you reflect on your precious memories of happier times. May I offer my sincere condolences. May your hearts find comfort in God's Word where it states: "He will swallow up death forever, and the Lord will wipe the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8) May your loved one awaken to a world where there will be peace, no sickness (Isaiah 33:24), and no more troubles (Revelation 21:4) throughout eternity (Psalm 37:29). May your hearts find comfort and hope in God’s Word, family, friends and good memories at this time. My deepest sympathy to you.
