Joe Epifinio Rodriquez, 85, of Grand Junction, passed away peacefully at home on November 11, 2018. Joe was born to Jose and Maria Rodriquez on January 6, 1933 in Ignacio Colorado. He is survived by his sons Thomas Rodriquez (Kay), Donald Rodriquez (Courtney), daughters Carmelita and Terecita, brothers Eddie Garcia and Andrew Garcia, sisters Eca, Angie, Josie, Charlotte, Olivama, and Pauline. Joe was preceded in death by his wife Dalia, son Joe, parents Jose and Maria Rodriquez, brother Paul Garcia, sisters Carmen, Cecilia and Carol. Joe retired from the City of Grand Junction as a Parks maintenance worker. Services are pending and will be announced at a later date.
