Jill Elizabeth Nicolosi

November 6 1979 – October 17, 2018

Jill was born in Aspen, Colorado to Dan and Roberta Nicolosi. Her early years were spent in, Carbondale, Coal Creek Canyon, Westminster and Arvada Colorado. She graduated from Arvada West High School.

She received her cosmetology license from Warren Tech, she graduated top in her class.

Jill became a very successful hairstylist. She worked for the Yatch Club in Arvada. Jill opened her own salon “ La Vita Bella” located in the Boulder Broker Hotel. She was a gifted master artist with color and hairstyling. Jill made us all look great. She often worked for celebrity clients.

She married Dan Maier July 9, 2000, they lived in Arvada Co. sadly their union ended in divorce.

Jill’s claim to fame she named Dinger the Dinosaur the Colorado Rockies Mascot and won a trip for her and her family to San Francisco to see the Rockies play. She also threw the 1St Pitch in their opening game at Mile High Stadium.

In High School Jill went on a mission trip to Mexico, she helped build a house for a single mother with four children. She was on the dance and drama teams at church.

Jill was kind, sensitive, generous and thoughtful. She always put others above herself. Jill lit up a room with her sweet smile. She enjoyed watching the Broncos, and Colorado Rockies and dressed to show her support. She loved to shop, especially the great finds at the Thrift stores. She will be remembered for her glitzy, bling, bling style. She could take a piece of furniture, a jar, or a simple purse and glam it up. Jill loved family and friends she would do anything for them. At Christmas Jill would buy for the family so many gifts, often each member averaged at least 10 or more gifts.

Jill is survived by her parents Dan and Roberta, her brother Anthony, sister Jennifer (Ben) nephews Andrew and Zach, sister Danielle (Ben) niece Brooklyn, nephews Ethan and Austin, grandmother Lee.

Jill will be sadly missed, but forever in our hearts.
