Frances Warner

Frances Gaines Warner died peacefully at HopeWest Hospice in Grand Junction, Colorado on October 22, 2017 at the age of 66.
Frances is survived by her husband Donald Warner, her sister Helen Marshall of Calimesa, California, and her nephews Joshua Marshall (Raquel) of Banning California and Davin Lewis of Yucaipa California, Brothers-in-Law Daryl (Julie) Warner Nephew Reid and Niece Katie of Colorado, Bill (Pat) Warner of California, niece Wendy (Chris) Maline of California. Cousins Bob (Tammy) Hansen of Missouri, Ernest T. Bailly IV of Arizona, Donna (Art) Munoz, Barbara (John) Skousen, Michael Bailly and Kim Bisnar of California,
Frances was born on April 30, 1951 in Front Royal Virginia to Howard and Betty Bailly. Frances grew up in Phoenix Arizona and Huntington Beach, California. She graduated from Huntington Beach High School in 1969. Frances married Don on May 13, 1978 in the town of Big Bear Lake, California. After moving to the Victorville Area of California, she began working in Accounting for various School Districts and was the Former Director of Fiscal Services at Victor Valley Union High School District. Frances and Don retired and then moved to Fruita, Colorado. She continued working part time jobs as Church Secretary for Monument View Bible Church and as an Accountant for Mesa County Libraries. Then she began volunteering at various times for St. Mary's Hospital, Colorado Welcome Center, RSVP, HopeWest Hospice, and Mesa County Libraries.
A memorial service will take place on Thursday, October 26 at 1:00 p.m. at Monument View Bible Church, 1173 17-1/2 Road, Fruita, Colorado. In lieu of flowers, please donate to HopeWest Hospice of Grand Junction or to Monument View Bible Church of Fruita.
