Anna Sharee Costillo-Chavez passed away September 30, 2018 in Palisade Colorado. She was born June 23, 1988 to Greg Chavez and Anna Marquez in Grand junction, Colorado. Anna is survived by her mother Anna Chavez and step father Robert Benham, brother Michael Chavez, sisters Cynda Benham and sister in law Michelle Awbery, daughters Rayanna Costillo and Armani Young. Services for Anna will take place on Saturday October 20, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the Grand Valley Funeral Home Chapel.
