Willis Moore

Steve was born on August 26, 1947 in Grand Junction CO. to Alfred & Clara Moore. He remained in Grand Junction all of his life. Steve passed away September 3, 2017. Preceded in death by Father Alfred Keith Moore, Mother Clara Mae Moore(Herring) Brother Dale Keith Moore, Sister Lila Joyce Drake (Moore), and brother Billie Lowell Moore. Steve was a member of the Church of the First Born. Steve was a loving husband and Father. His Grandchildren & Great Grand Children were his pride and joy. He loved the great outdoors. He lived to camp, hunt, fish and 4 wheel. He enjoyed watching football. He was a big fan of the Broncos. Steve in his younger years worked in a meat packing house later to become a meat cutter for safeway. Before he retired he worked for Grand Junction steel building bridges. Left behind were his wife Billie Jo Moore (Farley), Two Sons Willis Steven Moore jr - Spouse Eva Lynn Moore(States) & Joshua E, Moore Spouse Elizabeth Ann Moore (Castle). Seven GrandChildren Zackery Moore, Amber Moore, Dusty Moore, Samantha Moore, Aaron Moore Emily Moore & Mia Moore. Nine Great Grand Children. One brother Larry Moore and Four sisters Nelda Wright, Colleen Albright, Sharon Haynie & Jeanie Taulbee. Many Cousins, Nieces & Nephews. Services will be held Saturday September 9th 10:00 am at Grand Valley Funeral Home 2935 Patterson "F" Road. Viewing Friday September 8th 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Grand Valley Funeral Home
